Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment’s scheduled start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments without notice, may incur a $50 fee.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Limitless Evolution may waive the fee in its discretion when emergency circumstances prevent timely notice. No fee will be charged if Limitless Evolution must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Final & Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of treatment packages, individual services, and add-on services are final and non-refundable, except when applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right that cannot be waived.

Limitless Evolution will provide the services purchased. A change in schedule, travel, relocation, work obligations, or other personal circumstances does not convert unused services into a cash refund.

Freezing or Pausing Unused Services

If illness, extended travel, work obligations, family circumstances, or another significant situation prevents you from continuing as planned, please contact us. We will gladly work with you and may freeze or pause unused services so you can resume them later.

A freeze or pause preserves eligible unused services; it does not convert them into a cash refund. Timing and arrangements will be confirmed with you based on the circumstances.

Prospective Application & Legal Rights

This policy applies prospectively to purchases and bookings made on or after October 14, 2026. It does not retroactively change the terms that applied to an earlier purchase or booking.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law says cannot be waived. Where a non-waivable legal right conflicts with this policy, that legal right controls.
